Arriving: clear immigration and collect your bags. Departing: come to the terminal at your booked time.

Look for our staff: the sign for each point is noted above (LuggAgent sign or a sign with your name).
Message us on LINE or WhatsApp with a photo of your luggage. We hand over in person and photograph your bags.
