Can you deliver my luggage between cities in Europe?
Yes. We deliver hotel to hotel between many European cities. Prices are per route and depend on the distance; see the cross-city page or enter both hotels on the booking page for the exact price and delivery time.
Which cities in Europe do you deliver to?
Italy, France, United Kingdom, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Netherlands, Portugal and Turkey. We deliver between airports, hotels and homestays in these cities and between cities.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Booking deadlines vary depending on the service and route. Most services require you to book at least 24–72 hours before the service time. Please check the booking page for your selected route to see the exact deadline.
Is my luggage insured?
Yes. Every bag is covered up to US$500 at no extra cost, and when you book you can raise the cover in US$500 steps (US$7.5 per bag per step) up to US$3,000 per bag. Your bags are photographed at send-out and delivery.
