- Delivery to the airport: we recommend choosing a delivery time at least 2 hours before your flight departs. Airport delivery between 15:00 and 21:00 has no time surcharge; earlier or later slots cost a little more.
- Send-out at the airport: meet our agent at the arrivals meeting point after you land, hand over your bags and head straight into the city.
- Time between send-out and delivery: at least 3 hours; long-distance routes need more time (shown when you book).
- Booking deadline in Italy: most services need to be booked at least 24–72 hours before the service time. The exact cutoff for your route is shown on the booking page.
- Missed the deadline? You can still book for tomorrow or later with a rush fee (35% of the delivery fee, minimum US$25).
