What is there to do at Lotte World Seoul?

Lotte World Seoul has two parts: the indoor "Adventure" and the outdoor "Magic Island" built on Seokchon Lake, linked by a walkway, so you can keep playing indoors in rain or winter. Magic Island focuses on outdoor thrill rides, while the indoor area has parades, shows and rides for small children. Lotte World Tower and Lotte World Mall are right next door, so you can fit them into the same day.

How much are Lotte World Busan tickets? Prices and getting there

The park opened in March 2022 in the Osiria tourism complex in Gijang, about a 10-minute walk from Osiria Station on the Donghae Line; see the official Lotte World Busan website.

How much are Everland tickets? Prices and getting there

Everland's standard adult day pass starts at ₩52,000, with the actual price varying by date; online booking on the official site often offers afternoon, credit-card and student deals. Opening hours change by season and date, so check the official Everland website.

What is there to do at Everland?

Everland has five zones: Global Fair, American Adventure, Magic Land, European Adventure and the Zootopia animal area. The must-dos are the T Express wooden roller coaster, the Safari World and Lost Valley ride-through animal tours, and Panda World with its giant panda family. Spring tulips, early-summer roses and the autumn Halloween events are also popular.

How do you get from Seoul to Everland?

There are two common ways from Seoul to Everland, and both take an hour or more:

  1. By subway: take the Suin-Bundang Line to Giheung, transfer to the Yongin EverLine to Jeondae-Everland Station, then take the shuttle to the park. With several transfers it takes about 1.5–2 hours from central Seoul.
  2. By direct bus: express buses (the 5002 route family) run from the Gangnam area to Everland with no transfers, but weekend traffic can be heavy; check times and stops on Naver Map or Kakao Map.

What should you do with your luggage on theme-park day?

Luggage is the big headache on a park day: lockers at Lotte World and Everland only fit day bags, and large suitcases are hard to deal with. Everland also involves several transfers, and hauling a suitcase through subway and shuttle changes is exhausting. If the park falls on your arrival or check-out day, how you handle your bags decides how long you can stay.

Leave your bags at the hotel, or hand them to a luggage delivery service. LuggAgent can pick up your bags at Incheon or Gimpo Airport or your hotel in Seoul or Busan and deliver them the same day or the next day to your next hotel or the airport; see Seoul luggage delivery and Seoul to Busan luggage delivery for coverage. Everland (in Yongin, outside Seoul) and Lotte World Busan (in Gijang) may be outside the service area, so enter the address on the booking page to check before you book.
