Airport to Hotel luggage delivery
Skip the struggle with suitcases on trains and buses. Hand your bags to our agent at arrivals and they'll be waiting at your hotel by the evening.
How it works
- Book the airport, your hotel (or homestay) and a handover time on the booking page.
- After landing, collect your bags and go to the meeting point shown in your booking confirmation. Our agent waits there with a LuggAgent sign.
- Hand over your bags and head into the city hands-free. Each bag is photographed at handover.
- We deliver to your hotel by 18:00 or 21:00, depending on the option you chose. At homestays we place the bags inside using the check-in details you send us.
Choosing your airport time
- Airport handover (send-out) times are 09:00–18:00.
- Choose a handover time about 1 hour after your flight lands, so you have time for immigration and baggage claim.
- Flight delayed by 1 hour or less? We adjust the handover time automatically. Longer delays may mean cancellation with a 50% refund.
- Optional add-on: meet-and-greet with a name sign at arrivals. The price is shown when you book.
Price & deadlines
Prices are per route and include 2–4 bags depending on the route. Oversized items cost the route's extra-bag fee + US$15 per piece; homestay deliveries add US$15–40 per location, depending on the city. Most services need to be booked at least 24–72 hours in advance; the exact cutoff is shown on the booking page. Every bag is covered up to US$500 at no extra cost, with optional extra cover up to US$3,000 per bag.
