Hotel to Airport luggage delivery

1. Book your hotel (or homestay), the airport and a delivery time on the booking page.
2. Leave your bags at the hotel front desk by your send-out time (09:00–11:00) and send us a photo. At a homestay, our driver meets you in person.
3. Spend the day hands-free. We email you when your bags are collected.
4. Meet our agent at the airport at the meeting point in your confirmation, and get your bags back in person.

• Standard (free) airport delivery times are 15:00–21:00. You can also choose 13:00–15:00 or 21:00–24:00 for an extra fee, shown on the booking page.
• Choose a delivery time at least 2 hours before your flight departs.
• Optional add-on: delivery to your airline's check-in counter. The price is shown when you book.
• Your booking includes 30 minutes of free waiting from the handover time; after that, US$10 per 15 minutes.

Prices are per route and include 2–4 bags depending on the route. Oversized items cost the route's extra-bag fee + US$15 per piece, and homestay send-outs add US$15–40 per location, depending on the city. Most services need to be booked at least 24–72 hours in advance; the exact cutoff is shown on the booking page. Every bag is covered up to US$500 at no extra cost, with optional extra cover up to US$3,000 per bag.
