Hotel to Hotel luggage delivery
Changing hotels? Leave your bags at the front desk when you check out and find them waiting at your next hotel the same day — across town or in another city.
How it works
- Book both hotels and the date on the booking page.
- Leave your bags at the front desk by your send-out time (09:00–11:00) and send us a photo. You don't need to wait for the driver.
- Travel hands-free. Take the train with just a day bag; we email you when your bags are collected and delivered.
- Check in at your next hotel — your bags arrive by 18:00 or 21:00, depending on the option you chose.
Within a city and between cities
We deliver between hotels in the same city and between cities in many countries — for example Tokyo ⇄ Osaka or Kyoto, Seoul ⇄ Busan and Florence ⇄ Rome. Find your route and its price on the destinations page or your country page.
Good to know
- Prices are per route and include 2–4 bags depending on the route; extra bags have a fixed per-bag price.
- Oversized items (golf bags, ski or snowboard bags, bicycles, strollers): the route's extra-bag fee + US$15 per piece.
- Staying at an Airbnb or homestay on either end? Add US$15–40 per homestay location, depending on the city — see Airbnb & homestay delivery.
- Need a gap between check-out and check-in? We can store your bags for 1–10 nights at US$10 per bag per night.
- Most services need to be booked at least 24–72 hours in advance; the exact cutoff is shown on the booking page.
- Every bag is covered up to US$500 at no extra cost, with optional extra cover up to US$3,000 per bag.

Can you deliver my luggage to a hotel in another city?
Yes. We deliver between cities in many countries, such as Tokyo to Osaka or Kyoto, Seoul to Busan and Florence to Rome, on the same day.
What time will my bags arrive at the next hotel?
By 18:00 or 21:00, depending on the option you choose when booking.
My next hotel isn't ready for check-in. Is that a problem?
No. The hotel front desk receives your bags and keeps them until you arrive.
