Airbnb & homestay luggage delivery
No front desk? No problem. We collect from and deliver to Airbnbs, homestays, vacation homes, apartments and hotels without reception — you don't even need to be there when your bags arrive.
Send-out from a homestay
Choose a send-out time between 09:00 and 11:00 when you book. Because there's no front desk, our driver meets you in person at that time, so please be there with your bags. We email you once your luggage has been collected.
Delivery to a homestay
We bring your luggage inside your place using the check-in details you give us, so you don't need to be there. Please send our customer service:
- The full address, including the building name, floor and room number
- Check-in details: door code, key box location or building access instructions
Send these by 13:00 local time on your service day and double-check the codes. We email you as soon as your bags are delivered.
If the details are late or don't work
If we can't get in because the check-in details are missing, late or incorrect, our driver first tries to reach you through customer support. If we still can't get in, we'll either store your bags in a nearby locker and send you the location and access details, or deliver later that day or the next day once we have the right details. Extra fees may apply (for example a locker or a second delivery) — we'll tell you the cost before going ahead.
Price & deadline
- US$15–40 per homestay location (send-out or delivery; it depends on the city and your quote shows the exact amount), on top of the route price.
- Most services need to be booked at least 24–72 hours in advance; the exact cutoff is shown on the booking page.
- Prices are per route and include 2–4 bags depending on the route; oversized items cost the route's extra-bag fee + US$15 per piece.
- Every bag is covered up to US$500 at no extra cost, with optional extra cover up to US$3,000 per bag.
