Where to meet us
Your booking confirmation shows exactly where to meet our agent. There's no LuggAgent counter — after you collect your bags, head to the meeting point in your confirmation. Our agent waits there with a LuggAgent sign. Can't find them? Contact our customer service and we'll help you locate your agent right away.
Which time slot to book
- Arriving: choose a handover time about 1 hour after your flight lands, to allow for immigration and baggage claim. Handover times: 09:00–18:00.
- Departing: choose a delivery time at least 2 hours before your flight leaves. Standard (free) hours: 15:00–21:00.
For departures, you can also choose 13:00–15:00 or 21:00–24:00 for an extra fee, shown on the booking page.
Early, late or delayed
- Arriving early: contact customer service. Routes are planned in advance, so we can't always meet you earlier, but we'll try.
- Running late or slow immigration: your booking includes 30 minutes of free waiting from the scheduled time; after that, US$10 per 15 minutes. Let us know as soon as possible.
- Flight delayed 1 hour or less: we adjust the handover time automatically. More than 1 hour: the booking may be cancelled with a 50% refund.
- Need a different meeting place? Ask us in advance — changes depend on availability and may cost extra.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a LuggAgent counter at the airport?
No. Our agent meets you at the meeting point shown in your booking confirmation and hands over your luggage in person.
How will I recognise the LuggAgent agent?
Our agent waits at the meeting point with a LuggAgent sign. If you can't find them, contact our customer service.
What if immigration takes longer than expected?
You have 30 minutes of free waiting from your scheduled handover time. If you expect a longer delay, contact us as soon as possible.
