Luggage rules

• Standard bags: up to 32 kg and 180 cm.
• Oversized items: up to 25 kg and 250 cm.

Luggage over these limits may be declined or charged an extra handling fee. Not sure which size your bag is? Ask our customer service before you book.

Suitcases, backpacks, bags, briefcases and carton boxes are all welcome. Ski or snowboard bags, golf bags, bicycles and strollers count as oversized items, priced at the route's extra-bag fee + US$15 per piece. You'll see the total when you choose your luggage on the booking page.

We can't accept:

• Firearms, ammunition, knives, swords and other dangerous or prohibited items
• Frozen or refrigerated goods, or food that will expire in transit
• Cash, securities, jewelry, antiques, artwork, precious metals and other valuables
• Credit or debit cards, lottery tickets and similar items
• Live animals
• Passports, boarding passes, tickets and other ID or travel documents
• Irreplaceable items such as manuscripts, drawings or unique recordings
• Fireworks, fuel, gas canisters, thinners and other flammable, volatile, corrosive or toxic substances
• Remains, memorial tablets, religious statues and similar items

• Lock each bag and attach a name tag.
• Keep passports, valuables, medicine and fragile items with you.
• Pack items so they won't shift or break; bags are photographed at send-out and delivery to record their condition.
• Make sure the number of bags matches your booking — extra bags can be added by messaging us.

Every bag is covered up to US$500 at no extra cost. When you book, you can raise the cover in US$500 steps for US$7.5 per bag per step, up to US$3,000 per bag (+US$37.5). Cover applies to delay or loss and excludes cosmetic or non-structural damage and indirect losses. Report damage at delivery, or within 24 hours for hotel deliveries.
